To reduce cycle times and improve quality, EQ Renew developed an automated welding system used to join cylinder components into a complete cylinder barrel weldment, the cornerstone of hydraulic cylinder construction. This new technology allows for complete control over the welding process, improving weld quality and reducing the amount of time it takes to re-barrel an existing cylinder or produce an entirely new cylinder.
